An Online-Ticket is only available in personalized form and needs to be carried along as a print-out. The one ordering and paying has to be the travelling person. A cancellation of this ticket is not possible! You can purchase tickets up to 30 days in advance.

Which tickets can I buy?
At present you can buy tickets for the central zone of Salzburg, hour tickets and 24-hour tickets. There are single ride tickets and daily tickets available for the region around Salzburg. If you buy one of these you can also add the central zone supplement to use all means of public transport within the city.

How can I buy an online ticket/print@home ticket? Visit our trip planner online and enter the route you would like to travel. Click on the shopping cart symbol next to the route to add the ticket. Time cards valid for the central zone can be purchased by clicking on the button "time cards".

How can I register? Read the information „Haven’t registered yet?“ before proceeding to checkout.

Why do I need to enter my personal data? To ensure security and prevent fraud the tickets you buy online are personalized and only valid in combination with a photo ID including your date of birth.

Can I buy a ticket without registration? Yes, it is possible to buy tickets without registration. However, if you choose not to register you will have to enter your personal data whenever you buy a new ticket.

How can I reset my password? Click on “For existing customers“. You can reset your password after signing in.

Which payment method can I use when buying an online ticket/print@home ticket? You can either pay by credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or use eps online banking.

Do I have to add my credit card details to my account? It is not necessary to do so. However, we recommend registering as it will make future purchases easier for you.

Is it safe to add credit card details to my account? We are aware that all personal information, including your credit card details, is very sensitive data. This is why they will be processed and saved according to the highest security standards available at present.

Can I buy my ticket when I am already on the bus or train? According to the tariff requirements you need to have a valid ticket before starting your trip. A ticket inspector is able to detect when a ticket was bought.

Where can I find the purchased online ticket/print@home ticket? You will receive your ticket via email. However, if you should not find your ticket in your inbox, please check your spam folder and synchronize your account if necessary.

What do I have to do in case of a ticket check? Simply show your printed online ticket/print@home ticket and a photo ID including your date of birth to the conductor, ticket inspector or bus driver.

I want to cancel my online ticket/print@home ticket but I don’t know how. Unfortunately, online tickets/print@home tickets cannot be cancelled.
